Tessan-Maria Lehmussaari sings in Jenny Lind Evening at Stockholm Concert House
Soprano Tessan-Maria Lehmussaari sings soprano solo in an evening celebrating the great Swedish soprano Jenny Lind at Stockholm Konserthuset on Tuesday 6th October 2020.
The Royal Swedish Academy of Music presents a “Sound Academy” celebrating the 200th anniversary of world star Jenny Lind's very own birthday. Music researcher Ingela Tägil will talk to the singer, and President of the Royal Swedish Academy of Music, Susanne Rydén, and to moderator Sven Kristersson, about the voice, singing technique and what it is like to live as a singer with your instrument inside the body. This year's Jenny Lind Prize Winner Tessan-Maria Lehmussaari and pianist Silja Levander perform music.

In collaboration with the Jenny Lind Society, this Sound Academy is part of the actual birthday celebration on Jenny Lind Day - October 6, 2020.
